HEY GUYS! You may or may not have noticed my complete absence (artwise) from DA for the past few months! Uni work for my course has been kicking my arse. 3D work is HARD. Anyways, the first of two major projects is out of the way now! May I present Fowl Play, our minute long cartoon short! The piece was made as a group project for a brief set by the animation company RJDM, and we had to have two characters interacting with a chair. So we chose a farmer, chicken, and a rocking chair! Soooo! I decided to do an update for anyone that cares! :bulletred:I passed year 2 of my animation course at uni with a 2:1, which I'm chuffed with! Hoping I can push myself in my final year and get myself a 1st... because who doesn't want a 1st? Heres my final character work. The animation could be A LOT better, but I ended up animating in a caffeine fueled rampage on the day of the deadline because rigging was such hard work. Bare in mind that this is only the third character I've ever modeled, and I'm pretty proud of my progress really.
